Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait items, it takes some time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Orders in the US normally arrive within 2 weeks, including the creating of the portrait by our artists, creating a print or creating a framed print. However, orders placed during the holidays may take longer to arrive. 

Important: Every Noble & Wild portrait is custom-made by our artist — not an instant download. Our digital products are not physically shipped. Instead, they'll be delivered to your inbox within 2–5 business days of purchase as a high-quality digital file, perfect for printing, framing, or sharing online.

Please review your order confirmation email and, if needed, update or amend your shipping address within 30 minutes of purchase. Contact us promptly if you require any changes.
