Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait items, it takes some time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Orders in the US normally arrive within 2 weeks, including the creatin of the portrait by our artists, creating a print or creating a framed print. However, orders placed during the holidays may take longer to arrive. 

Important: Our digital products are not physically shipped. Instead, they’ll be delivered straight to your inbox within 72 hours of purchase. You’ll receive a high-quality digital file, perfect for printing or sharing online—no waiting for delivery trucks needed!

Please review your order confirmation email and, if needed, update or amend your shipping address within 30 minutes of purchase. Contact us promptly if you require any changes.

We cannot accept requests to swap or edit photos that were already submitted with an order!
