Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

How Long Will My Order Take? Every Noble & Wild Pet Portrait is custom-made by our human artist — not an instant download. Here's how the timeline breaks down:

  • Production: 2–5 business days to create and prepare your portrait
  • Shipping: 1–7 business days depending on your location and shipping method

Most orders arrive within 10 business days from the date your proof is approved. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!

Please note: Orders requiring revisions may take additional time. Timelines begin once we receive your approval — delays in responding to proof emails will extend your estimated delivery date. Orders placed during the holidays may take longer to arrive.

Shipping Methods Prints and framed prints ship directly from our printing partner via UPS/FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage:

  • Economy Mail: 3–7 business days — best for small-to-mid sized prints
  • Ground / Standard: 1–5 business days — used for rolled prints, boxed items, and medium-to-large fine art framed prints

Digital Downloads Digital portraits are not physically shipped. Your high-quality digital file will be delivered to your inbox within 2–5 business days of purchase, ready for printing, framing, or sharing online.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical products (prints or framed prints).

Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

Order Changes

  • Shipping address changes must be requested within 30 minutes of purchase
  • Photo changes or swaps can only be made within 60 minutes of placing your order
