Due to the customized nature of the products that we produce at Noble & Wild Pet Portraits, we cannot offer returns. Your customized artwork has been carefully designed and is unique to you and your pet.

We provide two complimentary revisions to guarantee the finished product aligns with your vision. Providing exceptional results is our top priority, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure you're delighted with the outcome.

Since our artists dive into their work almost as soon as you hit 'order,' we offer a 60-minute window for any cancellations or changes. After this time, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the creative process has begun.

Please be advised that the photo you supplied with your order will be used to produce your artwork. We cannot offer a solution if you do not follow our photographic tips. It is your obligation to submit a high-quality photo that meets our submission standards. Low-quality photographs will provide low-quality artwork. We do allow notes to be added to orders in case you have anything to tell us about. However, we cannot promise that unusual requests will be met, such as editing a photo to close or open a mouth, add a smile, and so on.
