We recommend high-resolution photos. For best results we recommend file Size: Ideally between 2MB and 10MB.

Resolution: At least 2000 x 2000 pixels for a sharp print.

Lighting: For best results, use natural daylight. Please avoid using a harsh flash or taking photos in dark rooms.

Capture the photo at eye-level, with the head facing straight forward or tilted slightly to either side.

Digital downloads are typically delivered within 1 - 3 business days. Physical prints and framed portraits take 5-10 business days, while custom puzzles require 8-14 business days for production and shipping.
